PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST
In March 1985, E.J. Daniel and John Underhill decided to establish their own corrugated business to successfully service the packaging needs of local businesses. The nationally based fully integrated corrugated companies were putting more emphasis on larger volume accounts with little concern for the special requirements of local businesses. With these needs of the local market left unheard, DanHil Containers was founded in Temple, TX and supplied their first box order to a major manufacturer in April 1985 and remains a current customer today.
These type of partnerships are not just formed. DanHil Containers has focused on putting the customer first from the very beginning and is still a crucial element of successful growth today.
PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST
In the first five years of operation DanHil doubled its business each year and since 1990 sales have increased each year making DanHil Containers one of the largest independent corrugated converters in the U.S. and Mexico.
Today DanHil Containers is under strong leadership and management. The company continues to grow currently having six manufacturing locations and over 10 distribution centers strategically placed across Texas and Mexico.
DanHil Containers has its own culture, one that focuses on the customer, quality, service, and the desire for excellence. This culture is driven from the top down. DanHil Containers believes that "A job well done is a job that's never really done."
